The spa experience was lovely I left feeling relaxed and glowing after my facial. The food was superb and the Restaurant Manager and his staff were so professional and attentive even though there was a large party we were not kept waiting. Jamie and Alison have created a lovely retreat for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle. We arrived at the Corran and were immediately impressed with the look and location of the place. A mix of old and new. We were an hour early before check in and the reception staff were very welcoming and said we could use the facilities straight away so we decided to sample the bar while we waited. The outside area is beautiful and felt very relaxed. We stayed in room 17 in the great barn and the room is gorgeous and has everything you need. Great selection of teas and coffees and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was also a hit with its massage feature. The food was stunning, very tasty and even being vegetarian there was plenty of choice. We were shocked at how reasonable the prices are for food and drink considering the quality of it all. The espresso martini and selection of flavoured gins were a particular favourite! The pool and sauna was lovely and I had a full body massage which was gorgeous and again very reasonably priced. All staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Overall there was nothing I could find to criticise and we will definitely stay again.- Travel group

Highly recommended. Beautiful surroundings, fabulous staff, sheer indulgence. The food is so good , you'll be talking about until the next time you visit to get your delicious food fix. The rooms are pure luxury, the treatments in the spa are done by highly qualified friendly staff. The restaurant takes your breath away with its simplicity and decadence combined. Can't wait to return. I've attached some photos of our room, although they don't do it any justice.More reviews+12
Sunday Lunch was truly delicious, could not fault it. Portion size was great also everything cooked to perfection. Staff lovely and friendly also tables not crammed near each other. Three courses for £12.99 an absolute winner can't wait to go again.

Birthday surprise for my husband. No complaints. Staff very attentive, especially Jay who was our breakfast waiter. Spa the best I have had both in UK and Europe. Emma Peck I cannot thank you enough fantastic massage and I will definitely be back. Beds so comfortable. Food lovely. Pool lovely and warm
What a beautiful setting for a wedding. I have been for an afternoon tea here which is amazing. You get lots to eat! I have also had a meal here which was also fantastic! Loved the atmosphere and professionalism of the staff. We were shown some of the rooms! Wow!
Absolutely amazing staff, the pool nice and warm, such a beautiful place, 100% deserves 5/5. Only improvements that need to be made is to get the hot tub working and it would be nice with a steam room, but other then that the staff are very welcoming and kind and the treatments are 100% worth it!. Would come again.
What a beautiful setting. Old Farm buildings converted to lavish contemporary accommodation. The food is outstanding and probably the best I have ever tasted. Staff are fantastic and helpful. Great spa facilities only down point was hot tub was out of order during our stay and pool was a little cold. Gym was well equipped and maintained and massage from kay was amazing. Great stay only wish it was longer.

Food nothing short of outstanding, whoever is cooking/designing the dishes should be incredibly proud, everything we ate was obviously carefully put together and delicious. Well, lamb in the lamb suet was slightly dry... But easily forgiven.
The grounds and atmosphere made for a very relaxing stay.

Stunning night away. We have stayed at the Corran several times over the last few years now and find it a very tranquil and relaxing place to unwind. As I have come to expect from all the staff, we received a very warm welcome and promptly got shown to our stunning room. My wife had two spa treatments which were included with the package we bought, followed by a stunning three course meal in the evening. We can't wait for a our next visit there. Great job everyone. xWent there for a spa day. Facilities are clean, tidy and well kept. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and look after you well. Ate in the restaurant, which was very well laid out and looks absolutely fantastic l. Waiters are polite and responsive and quick to assist youm food was delightful and very well priced. Overall, a brilliant place.
Fantastic place - 2nd visit for a special occasion and staff go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Very dog friendly although limited on rooms for them but the rooms they have are very spacious with private garden, absolutely amazing. Food again was exceptional with a variety of drinks to accompany your meal or have alone. Definitely worth a visit, cannot wait for our next one.
From the time we arrived until we left we had an amazing time. Our rooms were so lovely with an amazing view. The food was The best I have had. Our spa experience was so relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon

Amazing place, in the middle of marsh land with no civilization for miles around, this historic building was once a dairy farm and has many old buildings/ barns that has been converted into a luxury spa retreat and hotel. The restaurant is Al a carte and the food was exquisite. Pricey but what you'd expect for a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious and individually decorated with a country, cosy feel but still sophisticated. The spa consists of a small pool, a sauna, spa pool and treatment rooms. The hotel although spread out only has 20 rooms so you never feel like you are sharing the spaces with lots of people. We had an amazing deal online which included breakfast, dinner and use of the spa. Definitely well worth the trip, especially if you want.peace and quiet and tranquility.Room 5 was fabulous! Couldn't have wanted more, except to stay there longer..which we did! The staff in both spa and hotel were amazingly tentative, the food delicious, and all the treatments and facilities beyond excellent. Can't wait to return!
